How do I report someone for inappropriate behavior?

If someone makes you feel uncomfortable or behaves inappropriately—whether it’s on the app or during a date—we want to know. Twyned is committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and inclusive community, and we take all reports seriously.

You can report someone directly from their profile or from your Matches, People, or Date History sections. Just tap the Remove/Report option and select the reason that best describes what happened. Once submitted:
– Our team will review the report promptly and take appropriate action
– You and the reported user will no longer be able to view or contact each other
– The report will remain confidential—we’ll never disclose who submitted it

If the issue happened during a real-life date, you can also provide more context through our post-date check-in form, which appears after every first date. This helps us identify patterns of behavior and protect others in the community.
