You agree to use Twyned in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. This includes:

  • Treating other users with respect

  • Using the app for its intended purpose (connecting with others for real-life dates)

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten others

  • Upload or share sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content

  • Use the app for commercial purposes or spam

  • Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or damage the platform

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations, including account termination.

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of content (photos, bios, preferences) you submit. By uploading it, you grant Twyned a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the Services.

  • Our Content: Twyned and its licensors own all app-related content, software, branding, and intellectual property. You may not use our name, logo, or code without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Twyned from any and all claims, demands, or damages arising out of or related to real-life meetings or interactions initiated through the platform.
