What safety features does Twyned have?

Your safety is our top priority, and we’ve built several features into Twyned to help you feel secure, respected, and in control throughout your dating experience:

1. Block Contacts
Worried about running into someone you know? You can choose to block people from seeing your profile by securely sharing your contacts with us. Learn more about blocking contacts.

2. Post-Date Check-In
After a first date, we’ll check in with a short, optional questionnaire asking how it went. This helps us:
– Make sure you had a positive, respectful experience
– Offer support if something felt off or uncomfortable
– Proactively flag patterns of inappropriate behavior to help protect others in the community

3. Remove or Report Profiles
You can remove any user at any time—even if you haven’t matched. Once removed, neither of you will appear in each other’s People or Matches sections again.
If someone violates our Community Standards, you can report their profile directly through the app. We take all reports seriously, and our team will review the situation promptly. After reporting, you’ll no longer be able to see each other’s profiles.
